Shipping Policy

We ship all over Nigeria and worldwide. Shipping takes 2 business days within Lagos and up to 4 business days for interstate delivery. International delivery is handled via DHL and takes up to 7 business days. 

 

M Skin is not liable for excess delivery costs once delivery is attempted and the parcel goes unclaimed. This includes items that are delivered in a time frame where the recipient has left the property for a prolonged period, and travelled. If delivery is made in this time to a recipient at the property, we cannot be liable for the whereabouts of the package.

Return & Exchange Policy
